Security Officer - Sands of Kahana

Description

ROLE:

To protect the guests, employees, assets and reputation of Consolidated Resorts Management. To ensure a safe and secure environment through acute observations, maximum visibility, rapid response and enforcement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide protection for all guests, visitors and employees from physical harm or theft.
2. Patrol property and oversee adjoining public areas.
3. Complete all appropriate documentation regarding violations or infractions witnessed by or reported to Security.
4. Protect and preserve all resort property from damage, vandalism and theft.
5. Maintain confidentiality and perform in a discreet and tactful manner at all times.
6. Provide rapid response and thorough investigation of all requests for assistance from guests or employees.
7. Perform light maintenance upon request.
8. Follow all safety procedures.
9. Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
10. Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have effective oral and written English communication skills.
2. Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during emergencies and agitated individuals.
3. Must have one year security experience.
4. Must have valid ID required for employment.
