Job Summary
The Private Equity Analytics Senior Analyst is focused on overseeing client deliverables in LP Analyst's private asset monitoring business including portfolio analytics and custom client reports and plays a key role in helping the firm's clients achieve success:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Overseeing and developing a team of analysts working on client deliverables
- Managing and monitoring the timely and accurate delivery of client dashboard analytics and reporting deliverables for your teamand your clients
- Serving as project manager for multiple engagements with institutional investor clients
- Overseeing production and development of client-specific reporting and dashboard analytics
- Developing relationships with clients and collaborating to better serve unique needs
- Coordinating with clients and private asset managers to collect relevant data
- Working across Private Asset strategies including: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure and Credit
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or other related field (though other majors will be considered)
- 1-3years of financial services experience
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas and functions)
- Exceptionally high attention to detail when managing and analyzing large data sets
- Strong organization skills regarding managing a team with multiple priorities
- Ability to work as part of a growing team to constantly implement and improve process and technology
- High self-motivation with ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and seek additional leadership roles
- Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver feedback and provide mentorship to less experienced team members
- Positive attitude, energy and overall enthusiasm for learningaboutprivate assets and financial analytics
