Position Summary:This position is responsible for exceptional service to existing and potential customers. The main responsibility is to support customer request and assist outside sales in account management for accounts located throughout North and South America. This position is responsible for customer contact, via phone, email and chat, relating to technical product inquiries, updating sales orders, issuing quotes, customer complaints, questions and generalized functions related to the department as well as department and Company objectives.BRECOflex CO., L.L.C is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities.Job Requirements:∙ High School Diploma/GED∙ At least 3 years in an environment with customer interactions∙ Computer literacy including a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, CRM Database, SAGE/ERP, Pricing Programs.∙ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets- Work hours are based in Central Time (CT) Skills and Experience:∙ Communication skills both written and verbal, required∙ Bilingual – Spanish/English, required∙ Experience supporting outside sales and customers, required∙ Previous experience working with a manufacturing organization, preferred∙ Proficient in CRM, required∙ Experience with communicating customer product needs and application, required∙ Experience with inventory and purchasing systems, requiredJob Functions:∙ Provides customers with sales and limited technical support as well as recommends alternative product to support customer requirements, expedites orders as necessary∙ Works with Order Entry personnel to support customer requests∙ Maintains accounts notes, addresses and contacts within CRM (Salesforce)∙ Responds to customer requests via phone, email and chat∙ Creates RGA/RMA information and supports customer through return goods processo Issue Non Conformances, request Corrective Action on customers behalf and participate in internal audits as appropriate∙ Utilizes all pricing tools and methods including requesting quotes from vendors∙ Checks inventory to coordinate lead timeo Active follow up with vendors and purchasing for vendor supplied material when needed to support customer∙ Act as liaison to Inside Sales when working on a pending item that requires oversight∙ Assists customers in understanding expedite lead times and fees∙ Works with vendors to obtain current cost and lead time as needed∙ Checks orders as necessary∙ Enters orders and/or resolves order entry items as needed∙ Works with Customer Support Coordinator to resolve manufacturing delays, to notify and reschedule with customer∙ Works directly with outside sales team members to support territory and customers∙ Projects, assignments and daily tasks as assigned by managementPhysical/Environmental:∙ Standard office setting and/or Central Time remote available:Remote Areas include: Arizona,Texas, New Mexico Must be able to sit at desk and operate computer for an extended period of time∙ Must be able to speak to customers over the phone∙ Must be able to move about office and warehouse∙ Must be able to focus on tasks without being distracted by competing ambient noise
