Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a National Roofing Sales Representative for one of its subsidiaries, Stellar Commercial Roofing, to join our growing highly successful team. Over the past 11 years we have worked hard to build a culture and process that allows every sales person to achieve their financial goals. This includes hands-on training and support staff in place to teach and train new candidates on how to succeed and make top dollar selling roofing and restoration opportunities to storm impacted commercial properties nationwide. Our team is expanding and looking for the right people who fit our culture and want to take the next step to changing their lives.
Major Responsibilities
- Travel yearly, and must have a mode of transportation that can carry an extension ladder to and from the market (truck)
- Represent Stellar Commercial Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in continuous training to hone your craft while building leadership and sales skills
- All sales positions' daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts
Background Requirements
- 1-3 years preferred sales experience
- Experience working with CRM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Competencies
- Excellent ability to communicate with customers, management, and office staff
- Effective time management skills and working with a purpose
- Understanding product knowledge
- Skilled in utilizing different computer applications
- Being a quick learner and utilizing the knowledge gained during on-the-job training
- Eager to learn and grow in their career
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Teams a plus
- Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
