Customer Service Representative - Auto responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional manner.
  • Learn CS processes and procedures, and assist Mechanics Bank Auto Finance customers with all requests and questions.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Answer website questions.
  • Accurately update account information.
  • Review, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriate.
  • Follow and maintain policies and procedures in all aspects of the position.
  • 40 hours/week, ongoing temporary assignment.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. College degree preferred.
  • Customer service, financial, and automotive background preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish is required.
Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
