Customer Service Representative - Auto responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional manner.
- Learn CS processes and procedures, and assist Mechanics Bank Auto Finance customers with all requests and questions.
- Process customer payments.
- Answer website questions.
- Accurately update account information.
- Review, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriate.
- Follow and maintain policies and procedures in all aspects of the position.
- 40 hours/week, ongoing temporary assignment.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. College degree preferred.
- Customer service, financial, and automotive background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
- Bilingual English - Spanish is required.
