Job Summary

A financial analyst is innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach. The analyst provides support for various projects and assists in financial analysis and critical activities using methodology, documentation, and reporting. They assist in monitoring critical risk areas while relaying information to management, accounting, and operations.

Responsibilities

1. Deep background working with Finance & Accounting teams is required
2. Managing reporting analytics with Power BI
3. Monitoring key performance indicators and overall project activity
4. Analyzing data and producing insights to optimize group performance
5. Identifying problems and shortfalls and offering solutions
6. Maintaining current knowledge of customers
7. Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
8. Track and provide supporting information to operations
9. SQL Server query experience is preferred
10. Power BI dashboard and development experience is preferred
11. Participate in a wide variety of special projects and provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications

1. 5 or more years experience in corporate financial analysis
2. Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or related field
3. Prior experience with Power BI Dashboards and Analysis
4. Experience developing dashboards is preferred
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Exceptional research and reporting skills
7. Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and management to maintain positive working relationships
8. Excellent oral and written skills
9. Adaptability to work with varying daily activities under minimal supervision
