Grand Circle Corporation, the leader in providing exceptional international travel experiences to Americans over 50, is looking for an experienced Affinity Group Sales Rep to join our Group Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for B2B Selling with NEW Affinity Organizations within California and the Western part of the United States.

In addition to possessing previous experience with selling B2B for Affinity Organizations (i.e.: Alumni Travel, Lifelong Learning Institutes, Retired Teacher Organizations, etc.), the ideal candidate is a dynamic, high performing, motivated individual that is hungry to win over New Business.

Scope of Position:

The Group Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new Affinity Business, developing new Group Leaders, and generating renewal business with existing Group Leaders, and Friends and Family. The Group Sales Associate will be responsible for the Northeast sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or Exceed Territory Sales Plan and Goals – Complete Ownership of Results
  • Maintain a Sales pipeline consisting of New Affinity and Group Leader business, as well as driving renewal with current customer base.
  • Travel 2-3 Times a Quarter to meet face-to-face with Affinity Organization decision makers
  • Provide Accurate and timely forecasts in weekly 1 x1 pipeline review meeting
  • Assist Group Leaders in motivating and recruiting travelers to join them in their group travel
  • Work with Group Service Associate to provide excellent customer service prior to departure
  • Collaborate with team members to drive best practices and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Inside and Outside Sales Experience (B2B Sales is preferred)
  • Experience with Affinity Organizations
  • Demonstrated Ability to attain goals while taking full accountability for sales results
  • Strong sales skills and proven sales success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to thrive in change and to be receptive to coaching and feedback
  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to our Group Leaders
  • Strong professional ethics and impeccable personal integrity
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
