Portfolio Assistant
Candidate should have experience in portfolio management administration, reviewing accounts, interfacing with clients, and actively following what is happening in the financial markets.
Job responsibilities include high touch client service, establishing new accounts, trade processing and trade allocations, interfacing regularly with Shared Services (Trading, Client Service, Operation, Compliance). Familiarity with all aspects of client administration (opening new accounts, allocation of trades, processing client requests) is important in this role.
SERIES 7, 63 or 66 required. Facility with technology, including using a PMS, and, strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Candidate will have an excellent opportunity to advance in this role. Must have relevant experience.
