Kenworth Truck Company is currently seeking a Senior Bulletin Planner, a key Aftersales role directly impacting Kenworth dealers and PACCAR customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will deliver data and analysis for Kenworth’s technical bulletins and partner with Peterbilt and other stakeholders (including Safety & Compliance, Powertrain, Emissions, etc).

The Senior Bulletin Planner will be responsible for data delivery and analysis across functions and divisions to support publishing high quality and timely technical bulletins. This includes safety and emissions recalls, and other information intended for Kenworth dealer service staff and customers. The role will also work closely with technical bulletin authors on data and will develop dashboards to support status reporting for stakeholders across numerous divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with stakeholders to determine field action costs.
  2. Present recommendations that maximize customer uptime at the lowest possible cost to PACCAR.
  3. Define and support vehicle field action populations and customer information utilizing internal systems, including tools such as SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Access.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and status reporting.
  5. Advise internal stakeholders on safety recalls.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, data analytics or a related subject.
  2. 5+ Years of experience.
  3. Experience supporting program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership and stakeholders.
  4. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence and advise others.
  5. Strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
  6. Experience working autonomously and leveraging resources to deliver timely and cost-effective results.
  7. Knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience using technology and big data to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in business, analytics or related subject.
  2. Project Management Professional and/or Six Sigma Belt certifications.
  3. Knowledge of vehicle systems/functions.
  4. Experience with the logistics, transportation, trucking, or automotive industries.
