Job Description
- Primary Skill Set: React JS, Native React, NodeJS, SCSS, JavaScript, Azure, Figma, and InVision
- Secondary Skill Set: DevOps
- Excellent hands-on skills with React JS, Native React, NodeJS, SCSS, JavaScript, and related libraries/frameworks.
- 6+ years of micro app development and micro frontend architecture exposure.
- Experience with tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, and Black Duck.
- Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Using design/prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision.
- Experience in cloud-native development in Azure is preferred (or AWS or GCP).
Additional Information
- Client needs someone very confident in skills with 6-8+ years of experience.
- New role is React UI Engineer with pure frontend React experience along with CI/CD deployment experience; 50% work on existing app enhancements and 50% new from scratch development work.
- React, HTML styles, DevOps knowledge, and Azure exposure are necessary as the team is building and deploying all on Azure now.
- This team supports the Customer Info pages which collect all customer data for new account signups.
- This resource will serve 5-6 teams for React development, so fast-paced work and exposure to a lot of fun new tech projects.
- Outgoing contractors backfill due to a 24-month tenure policy. Oct 1st start date to allow for overlap for knowledge transfer with current resource on the team.
