Job Posting: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and leadership development. This on-site position is based in Rosemount, Minnesota.
Job Duties:
  • Build strategic HR partnerships with business leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Manage labor relations, including employee discipline and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Provide guidance on change management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Support leadership in implementing technical and organizational changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including performance management, talent planning, and employee relations.
  • Experience in labor relations and working with union-represented employees.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting is a plus.
  • Professional HR certifications preferred.
