Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on HR strategies, workforce planning, and leadership development. This on-site position is based in Rosemount, Minnesota.
Job Duties:
- Build strategic HR partnerships with business leaders to drive business outcomes.
- Lead talent development initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
- Manage labor relations, including employee discipline and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide guidance on change management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Support leadership in implementing technical and organizational changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including performance management, talent planning, and employee relations.
- Experience in labor relations and working with union-represented employees.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting is a plus.
- Professional HR certifications preferred.
