Summary:


This position combines responsibilities across multiple facets of the business, including roadshow coordination, retail merchandising, and account management.


Responsibilities:


CPG/Food Sales experience required

Roadshow Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute successful roadshow events at Costco locations. Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure optimal brand representation.

Retail Activation/Merchandising: Implement in-store promotional activities, create visually appealing product displays, and optimize shelf space to maximize sales. Collaborate with store management and sales teams to enhance the customer shopping experience.


Education:


High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.


Qualifications:


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Proficiency in CRM software

Ability to lift and move event materials as needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

Travel and weekend work is required


Key Responsibilities:


Plan and coordinate Costco roadshow events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Visit Roadshow locations 2 to 4 weeks before to secure best spot in the Costco location and create relationships with Warehouse Managers and CDS Event Manager

Work as many Roadshow along with and train Brand Ambassadors and CDS Demo company.

Oversee the setup and teardown of event displays and promotional materials.

Train and manage on-site staff to ensure they effectively represent the brand and drive sales.

Monitor sales performance during roadshows and provide feedback to improve future events.

Handle any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of roadshow activities, expenses, and sales data.

Prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Develop and execute retail activation plans to promote products and increase brand awareness.

Set up product displays, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with brand standards.

Regularly visit retail locations to replenish stock, rotate products, and ensure proper placement.

Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and promotional activities.

Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or out-of-stock situations.

Gather and analyze data on competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve merchandising strategies.

Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices.
