The Regional Business Development Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving business growth and development within a designated geographical region. As a key member of the executive team, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term business relationships.
As the Regional Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the organization\'s footprint and driving revenue growth in the designated region. They will be instrumental in forging valuable business relationships, guiding the team, and achieving exceptional results in line with the company\'s overall strategic vision.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in progressively responsible business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a relevant industry or market.
Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, meet targets, and deliver results.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
