Job title: Director of People Services

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Salary: $115K/annum + benefits

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and recommend HR program goals and objectives to enhance co-worker relations.
2. Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent management.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
4. Supervise and guide the HR team in executing recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
5. Address workplace issues, such as working conditions and employee grievances, and provide resolution recommendations.
6. Prepare and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring all operations stay within the approved financial limits.
7. Oversee performance evaluations, making recommendations on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
8. Lead and update the onboarding process and general orientation for new employees.
9. Support recruitment efforts in collaboration with department leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
2. Extensive knowledge of co-worker relations and HR management principles.
3. In-depth understanding of HR laws and regulations.
4. SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) is preferred.
5. Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
6. A proven track record of managing HR functions in a dynamic and growing organization.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $115,200.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Hot Springs, AR: Relocate before starting work (Required)
