To join our team as a Residential Energy Auditor! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Conduct whole home assessments and install energy-efficient products and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

- Conduct residential energy assessments.
- Record assessment results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff.
- Deliver great customer service.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
- Travel throughout a defined territory in a company provided vehicle.
- Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
- Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
- Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
- Use of a step stool up to 6' in order to gain access to attic space when necessary
- Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed
- 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- HVAC knowledge preferred.
- BPI Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Possess a valid driver's license and no history of major driving infractions.
