Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience practicing Family Law (Custody and Divorce)
- Divorce and custody law trial experience in Oregon
- Meeting with clients in divorce and custody cases and effectively strategy planning with them (Ex: "I can do an immediate danger action in court tomorrow!")
- Desire to be in court
- Can take a caseload immediately without the need for practical legal training on divorce and custody law
- Extremely organized! They need someone who lives by their calendar!
- Compassionate and empathetic person who loves to help others and can get a long with a driven team that is prepared and diligent. (No bulldogs, here!)
- Experience working with Clackamas, Clark, Yamhill, Multnomah County Courts.
- Licensed to practice law in Oregon State is a requirement. If you have a Washington license too, that is a bonus!
