Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process orders, modifications, returns, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide feedback on the resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls or messages while maintaining quality.
