As the Treasury Management Support Specialist I you will be responsible for process administration, reconciliation, and communication.

Treasury Management services supported include: ACH Origination, Check and ACH Positive Pay, Online Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Sweep Services (Zero Balance Account, Loan Sweep, Investment Sweep), and Online Access.

Essential functions of the role:

  • Assist new commercial clients with new products requests and/or maintenance requests
  • Provide customer care related to temporary increases, client issues or requests needing assistance
  • Complete monthly and quarterly reports
  • Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes
  • Collaborate across departments to seek process improvements
  • Occasionally requires visiting various businesses to provide assistance in developing their online banking services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bank Experience preferred
  • Treasury Support Experience preferred
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software
