Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Motivate: Inspire and manage the sales team to improve customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual sales goals.
3. Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Sales Objectives: Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
5. Reporting: Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform upper management of progress.
6. Customer Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
7. Market Analysis: Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to set competitive selling prices.
8. Performance Assessment: Regularly meet with sales managers to assess company performance and strategize improvements.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the trade show or events industry.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing techniques and best practices.
4. Project Management: Ability to manage various projects and work under tight deadlines.
5. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
