Superintendent

Title: Superintendent / Project Manager

The Superintendent/Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The candidate will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and crews, track project progress, and resolve any on-site issues.

Location: Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise on-site roofing crews, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control.
• Handle project documentation and reports.
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Roofing experience (actually doing the work)
• 1+ year of Project Management experience
• High School Diploma (Associates degree or higher Preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM or software experience is preferred; currently use RoofHub for online orders and tracking inventory
