Hanoi House is situated on one of New York's best blocks for bars and restaurants. We are a well-established East Village restaurant consistently attracting regulars and locals. Our goal is to provide great food, service & hospitality while maintaining an energized pace. We offer a fixed schedule so you can plan your life accordingly.  And bonus, we close on the early side if you're looking to move away from late nights!  Being a great employer is important to us.  
A few requirements:

• A strong foundation of food & beverage knowledge; we will provide the opportunity to taste and learn the menu however you must have a base knowledge of cooking techniques, spirits, wine and beer.
• Willingness to study the menu guide and learn some potentially new ingredients.
• Interest in providing truly good service, both technically and also in terms of connecting with the guests.  
• Two years of experience in a full-service restaurant and three years total in the food service and/or hospitality.
