This individual will be part of a small, highly motivated IT team, responsible for engineering, managing, and supporting corporate IT systems & infrastructure for our growing company. This role will be the subject matter expert for critical IT systems keeping our business operations running efficiently. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  1. Provide technical ownership of corporate and IT systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, M365, and other cloud systems and infrastructure)
  2. Research, engineer, and implement new or enhance existing technology
  3. Support SOX ITGC controls and processes relating, but not limited to authentication, provisioning, user access review, change management, and change monitoring.
  4. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures
  5. Integrate new applications into existing network infrastructure following architectural and established technical standards
  6. Recommend and develop technical standards for responsible systems
  7. Conduct root-cause analysis for network or system outages and develop remediation plans
  8. Conduct capacity planning of network and systems resources to ensure optimal availability and performance of IT infrastructure
  9. Develop knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures
  10. Provide escalated end-user support for business users
  11. Serve as Tier 3 escalation resource for IT Operations team

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related field trade certificates comparable to degree/experience
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration
  3. Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS certifications is highly preferred
  4. Advance knowledge and experience with M365 and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
  5. Proficient in PowerShell scripting, automated deployments, and mass imaging
  6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with audience members at all levels within the organization
  7. Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and offer solutions
  9. Positive, can-do attitude with strong desire to solve problems
  10. Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

  1. Office location – Newport Beach, CA (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  2. This position reports directly to the Manager, IT Operations

Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay range for this position is $83,600 to $104,500. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
