The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems during operational runs. Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows

- Document run time data and generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment before production runs.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support team efforts to achieve production goals and quality standards.
