What You’ll Do
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional concierge, leasing, and residential services to residents and guests. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for creating memorable experiences.


Responsibilities

  1. Concierge Services:
    1. Provide information and assistance to residents and guests regarding local amenities, attractions, dining, transportation, and events.
    2. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    3. Manage reservations for transportation, tours, and other services.
    4. Coordinate special requests and arrangements for residents and guests.
  2. Leasing Services:
    1. Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
    2. Process lease applications and coordinate move-in procedures.
    3. Maintain accurate records of property availability and lease agreements.
    4. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
  3. Administrative Duties:
    1. Manage and maintain resident databases and records.
    2. Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
    3. Coordinate with property management staff on various tasks.
    4. Assist with resident events and community building initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a concierge or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications (CRM, property management software).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Bilingual (particularly in languages commonly spoken in the local area).
  • Knowledge of local area attractions, dining, and events.
  • Experience in property management or real estate.
  • Available to work weekends.
  • Shift will be Wednesday through Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
