Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll drive key metrics for safety, quality, cost, and production, surpassing budgeted goals. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement the Maintenance Program for continuous improvement. You'll ensure success in operational and maintenance metrics, communicate effectively with the management team, and analyze equipment performance. You'll also develop and maintain PM systems, manage Capital Expense Projects, and mentor the team for growth.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing facility with lean manufacturing practices.
• Full understanding of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic plant equipment including PLC programming.
