Essential Functions

  1. Drive Strategic Mindset into Creative Ideation & Fulfillment
  2. Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to understand objectives, target markets, and key messages
  3. Development of Iconic and Memorable Ideas
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, e-commerce, and performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  5. Build a World-Class, In-House Creative Organization and develop talent on the team
  6. Champion an omni-channel mindset in creative development, ensuring ideas are adaptable and effective across various channels and platforms
  7. Brand campaign development and implementation aligning with business objectives and market positioning
  8. Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across all touchpoints and channels
  9. Competitive differentiation through programs and brand identity
  10. Be a champion for design thinking across marketing to ensure efficiency and collaboration while educating the broader marketing team through creative briefs, visual storytelling & etc.

Oversight Creative Design and Development

  1. Collaborate with digital, social media, and content teams to optimize creative assets for maximum impact and reach
  2. Drive the creation of campaigns, content, and initiatives that captivate, engage, and resonate with diverse global audiences.
  3. Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  4. Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  5. Oversee the development and execution of UX/UI design concepts that enhance user engagement and drive conversions across digital platforms
  6. Oversee the seamless integration of creative concepts across traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
  7. Ensure a high level of design execution is met across a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing assets
  8. Collaborate across the organization and manage the team to ensure Creative Services is oriented to helping advance the business in meaningful ways
  9. Oversight in development of brand positioning, messaging and visual evolution, refresh
  10. Ownership of tracking and metrics for all activities- reports to senior management
  11. Researches, formulates, and shares best practices and standards for UX research and development of user experiences

Other Experience Required

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred
  2. 5+ years of relevant in-house/agency experience with marketing, brand, and interactive design
  3. Expertise in UX/UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and e-commerce best practices.
  4. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions
  5. Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
  6. Ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking and translating business objectives into compelling solutions
  7. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing creative teams
  8. Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think analytically
  9. A sound understanding of digital marketing practices, tactics, and strategies
  10. Passion for innovation, staying ahead of best practices in creative marketing, emerging technologies, and industry trends
  11. Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  12. Expert level skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  13. Experience Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred
  14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present creative concepts to leadership
