Marketing and Communications Associate

Due to our firm's adaptability, resiliency, and creativity, we maximized the relationships we have previously built in the wireless telecommunications industry and are setting ourselves up for new lucrative brand partnerships. In response to our business's continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate to serve this new partnership. The Marketing and Communications Associate  will assist and oversee an existing customer and new customer base that our clientele provides us through a lead-generated database and direct marketing.

Marketing and Communications Associate  Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management staff to stay updated on new client products, services, sales promotions, and policies to be able to direct market the services 
• Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues promptly through thorough communication skills 
• Provide targeted service and product solutions during one-on-one meetings with customers and clients 
• Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion according to the client's compliance and privacy policies
• Suggest areas of improvement to management staff to increase consumer and client satisfaction
• Represent our organization and clients in a professional business manner at all times

Marketing and Communications Associate Qualifications:

• Experience in a client or customer-facing position
• Follow directions and excel in a team-oriented environment
• Technologically-savvy and able to quickly learn new software programs and adjust to software updates
• Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills with a high emotional intelligence
• Value transparency, honesty, and will always do the right thing even when no one is watching
