Job Title: Sales Marketer
1-Tom-Plumber NW Chicago is a leading provider of plumbing and restoration services. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and expert solutions for residential and commercial plumbing needs. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Marketer to help grow our business and strengthen customer relationships.
Position Overview: As a Sales Marketer, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s client base through marketing strategies and sales initiatives. Your role will involve selling 1- Tom-Plumber services to businesses and residence.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities but are not limited to:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers through various channels (social media, digital marketing, events, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on prospects and regular customers to solicit orders or talks with prospects and customers by phone. Extensive cold calling required.
Quotes prices and credit terms and signs commercial account agreements as needed.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure client needs are met.
Track and analyze marketing campaigns and sales metrics to optimize performance.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to promote the company’s services.
Report regularly on marketing and sales activities to senior management.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into CRM software.
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service-based industry (plumbing, restoration, HVAC, etc.).
2 years of experience in business-to-business sales. Sales management a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
