In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
