Global product master data lead

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Global Product Master Data Lead to oversee the management and governance of product master data across the organization in alignment with their WMS implementation. The lead will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data management strategy and execution across global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global governance of product master data to ensure alignment with business and operational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product master data requirements and ensure accurate migration to their new WMS
• Establish and maintain processes for data quality, consistency, and accuracy across global product data repositories
• Develop and implement master data management (MDM) strategies and processes to support business objectives
• Partner with IT and supply chain teams to ensure successful integration of product master data with the new WMS
• Monitor data quality metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in master data management, with a focus on product master data within a global environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data governance, and master data management principles
• Experience with WMS systems (preferably SAP) and data migration projects
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
