Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a successful track record of driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Experience in market analysis, account management, business development, and outside sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
