Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes to ensure a positive work environment.
- Implement programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Implement onboarding processes for new hires and provide ongoing support for employee growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance issues.
- Develop strategies for improving employee performance and productivity.
- Support managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and adjustments.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on various HR metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Proficiency in Paylocity preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,402.00 - $100,000.00 per year
