Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Implement programs to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Implement onboarding processes for new hires and provide ongoing support for employee growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance issues.
  • Develop strategies for improving employee performance and productivity.
  • Support managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and adjustments.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with company objectives.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on various HR metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,402.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Paylocity: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • SHRM Certified Professional (Preferred)
