Job Title: Clinical Accessioning Representative (Data Entry)

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Job Duration: Long-term temp/temp-to-hire
  • Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
  • Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
  • Interview Process: 1 Zoom video interview
  • Start Date: 2 weeks after receiving an offer
  • Requirements: Background check, GED or high school diploma

Key Responsibilities: As a Clinical Accessioning Representative, you will play a vital role in the initial steps of laboratory workflows by accurately entering data for clinical samples into the system. While working in a lab environment, this position does not involve direct lab work, such as pipetting or extracting. Instead, you will be responsible for accessioning samples, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and fast, efficient data entry.

The role requires proficiency in computer skills, the ability to toggle between tasks, and the stamina to sit for extended periods. You will work with biological specimens, adhering to safety protocols by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including a lab coat and gloves.
