• Understand and assist with implementing the network infrastructure solutions designed by the Architects and Senior Consultants.
• Provide onsite and ongoing technical service and support during and after project rollout.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve escalations.
• Support existing and new deployments.
• Demonstrate strong support and customer service orientation.
• Deliver technology solutions for clients on time and on budget.
• Gain in-depth understanding of client's business processes, gather data requirements, and work with the Senior Consultants and Architects to develop technology solutions to solve business issues.
• Develop, maintain, and document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Look for opportunities to improve the client’s productivity and efficiencies through technology.
• Ask questions and seek to develop a deeper understanding of the client’s business and how IT can assist in achieving their business strategy and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Cisco routers/switches and implementations.
• Active CCNA and/or CCNP.
• Knowledge of routers, gateways, switches, and WAN protocols.
• Ability to travel, have routine multi-day onsite assignments, and work long hours when needed.
• Experience with alternative firewall solutions such as SonicWALL.
• Working knowledge of Cisco wireless: autonomous and lightweight Access points, Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls, Nexus, Juniper routers/switches.
• Cisco Call Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting/industry experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
