The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Repair Technician , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performing device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, preventive maintenance on internal (Solventum and external customers medical Vacuum Assisted Closure (VAC equipment.
• Executing quality control procedures for all repaired VAC devices prior to releasing them back to the customer.
• Providing technical support for customers, sales force, and third-party maintenance providers.
• Providing technical VAC device repair support to Solventum Health engineering groups.
• Providing technical VAC device repair training support to internal and external customers in collaboration with Technical Service Center (TSC) repair engineer.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associate's degree in electronics/engineering or higher

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND two (2) years of experience in electronics/production manufacturing

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in electronics/production manufacturing
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving/trouble-shooting skills

Work location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $42,715 - $52,208, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
