This candidate will have strong experience in leading, mentoring IT Owners and maturing DR testing including both isolated and live exercises. Candidate will work directly with team's Sr. Engineers in support of their portfolios to advance testing objectives and with architecture to drive test strategy.Lead will be knowledgeable on all aspects of disaster recovery including plan development, testing, governance, communication, metrics and reporting. Candidate will have extensive experience with the functions and processes associated with a DR team and understand IT structure, incident and event management.In addition, Lead will partner with our data management team to ensure proper data and reporting for testing. Understanding ServiceNow and their BC Module is a plus. Requirement to work closely with various operational and support groups within IT and with outside groups including Business Continuity and Crisis Management. Influences program strategy, development of goals and annual planning.
