Position Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking Shift Sergeants to oversee the armed security operations during shifts at HQ and GWCC. The role requires experience in field supervision and security operations.
Position Description: The Shift Sergeant and Supervisor should have at least three (3) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service law enforcement, commercial or industrial guard service).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents as necessary.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service law enforcement, commercial or industrial guard service).
Position Requirements:
- Citizenship: Citizenship of the United States of America is required
- SSN: Have been issued an approved Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration
- Education: Received, at minimum, either a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma
- Experience (at least one):
- Two years of armed security experience or two years of military or National Guard service (active duty or reserve)
- Successful completion of a Federal or State certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s Standard Training course
- Language: Fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Certification: Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification
- Age: Be a minimum of 21 years of age
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000 per year.
