The Business Director manages the business operations of Catholic Charities under the direction of the Agency Administration and within the guidelines of the Diocese of Charlotte. Responsibilities include:
- Creating budgets and monitoring financial operations.
- Overseeing client billing, risk management, human resources, and information technology.
- Ensuring financial compliance with grants and contracts.
- Supervising assigned staff.
