Primary Responsibilities
- Report into the Chief Administrative Officer of US Retail.
- Support critical business planning functions for sales compensation and expense management.
- Understand business requirements, anticipate operational challenges, and collaborate with business partners to implement solutions.
- Generate business insights through data analysis and identification of trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, optimize and scale internal processes.
- Support corporate functions of Risk Management, Business Continuity & Record Retention.
- Complete various ad hoc projects and support rollout of strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and vendors
- Communicate and interface professionally vertically and horizontally across the organization.

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between
$58,875.00 USD - $98,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
