Position Overview:
As an Academic and Career Advisor at Universal Technical Institute, you'll embark on a journey to empower students from day one through graduation and beyond! Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English will be invaluable in providing comprehensive support to a diverse student body, ensuring their academic success and career readiness.
What We Offer:
- $50,000 - $55,000 per year

- Coordinate new student orientation and registration to ensure a smooth transition into academic life.
- Foster a vibrant campus community through engaging student activities and events.
- Support students in their job search by organizing career fairs and resume workshops.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic and career advising as needed.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and support various student services functions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in education or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to advise and guide adult learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication.
- A passion for student success.
