We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Health Advisor to join our sales team. The Health Advisor will be responsible for meeting with clients as their Enrollment Coach, understanding their needs, and ensuring a good fit for the client and the business. You should be able to close programs and meet targets effortlessly if you are motivated by making an impact in the lives of others.
A passion for wellness and a heart for people will be the two characteristics needed to reach the highest level of success with us. We are looking for someone who has a personal connection and/or passion for health to truly connect to the message of what we do.
Because we are a successful startup, there is a path to leadership in 90 days.
We are very results-driven and strive to bring on as many clients that fit our criteria as possible. We need to make sure they are a good fit for our program and that will provide the results that meet their goals. You are qualifying them.
To be a successful Health Advisor you must be able to create instant rapport and assist our clients in making the best possible decision for themselves.
A top Health Advisor should be a good listener, self-motivated, have self-awareness, and effective time management.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the onboarding process and education prior to accepting pre-arranged calls (1-2 weeks)
- Understand customers' needs and identify closing opportunities
- Conduct pre-arranged calls in 1-hour windows and follow up on leads
- Maintain a schedule of availability for 20 calls a week and a 15% booked to close ratio (equates to about 3 closes a week minimum)
- Complete call confirmations for each hot lead
- Answer customers' questions and send additional information via email, as needed
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Complete company guidelines of tracking every lead and potential close
- Attend weekly training and daily huddles with team manager
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Uphold company standards of communication and ethics
Requirements:
- Must own a smartphone and a computer with Zoom capabilities, and be proficient in using them
- Have a general understanding of Google Drive forms
- Previous experience in Sales or a related sales position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent listening, conversational, and sales skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to achieve targets
Compensation Range:
Job Type: Full-time/1099
Pay: $97,552.00 (3.5 deals/week min) - $282,200.00 per year
