We are looking for an experienced estimator for a commercial construction management company in Mont Vernon, NH. This is a full-time position offering full benefits. The responsibilities include construction estimating, accurate take-offs, soliciting vendors/subcontractors, and estimating projects ranging from $45k to $5M. A detailed knowledge of construction processes, estimating, budgeting, accounting, and procurement is required to manage construction projects. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software such as Project, P6, Plan Grid, Revit, VICO, or equivalent, is also necessary
