MUST:

1. Active DoD Secret clearance
2. Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance
3. Experienced Cisco Infrastructure Engineer
4. 6+ years of Network Engineering experience
5. 4+ years of experience working with Cisco tools, routers and switches
6. Must have Cisco ISE experience
7. Experience with the following Cisco Network tools: Router configs for BGP connection to remote customer and ACL management, Switch configurations with multiple VLANs and understanding of spanning tree, ASA hardware firewall with ACL management and IDS/IPS management
8. Well versed in DISA STIGS Guidelines for Hardening systems and networks
9. Well versed with DoD CC SRG and STIGs
10. Experience with Windows administration and Windows desktop/server support to include Active Directory, GPO Management, Patch management, and WSUS
11. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
12. Strong interpersonal skills
13. High attention to detail
14. Current Security+CE or better is required
15. CCNA, CCNP or other relevant Cisco certification are a plus
16. Bachelor's Degree in related field (4 years of related technical experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)

1. The ideal candidate will serve as technology expert and work as part of a team providing support to Government client
2. Help to coordinate resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, possesses ability to meet and operate under deadlines
3. The ideal candidate will participate in the design, documentation, implementation, and management of IT services for a hybrid cloud capability
4. Help to manage Enterprise IT Systems to enable highly available and secure services between on-premises datacenter capabilities and cloud services
5. Using Cisco tools primarily, this candidate will provide extensive management of multi VLAN segmented local LAN, as well as connectivity to remote customer uplink
6. Manage and maintain switches, network firewalls, IDS/IPS, and routers, including all ACLs
7. Maintain ownership of high availability, high security IT operations
8. Develop and present IT infrastructure standard operating procedures to senior management
9. Review and implement periodic status updates on scheduled maintenance and upgrade of all infrastructure systems
10. Troubleshoot hardware, network, storage, virtualization, software, and application issues to identify bottlenecks in operations and provides recommendations to ensure optimum performance and continuity of critical systems
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of standards and best practices surrounding the use of enterprise products and applications
12. Participate in Cyber evaluation exercises (environment scans, penetration testing, audits, etc.)
13. Implementation of environment changes through a request for change (RFC) process
14. Backup support for Systems Engineer regarding Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware service
