Qualification:

• Associate Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Experience with installations, maintenance, and upgrades
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications

Duties:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot client hardware and software issues
• Resolve computer problems in person, via telephone, or remotely
• Perform hardware and software maintenance, installations, and upgrades
• Provide technical support and assistance to users
• Handle issues related to printing, word processing, email, applications, and accounts
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Ensure proper functioning of client/server systems and services
