Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to assist account managers with day-to-day administration of multiple books of business including daily calls and emails
  • Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents and able to adapt to their unique styles and habits
  • Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (example: Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively
  • Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to organize data and documents effectively
  • Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations, and demonstrating a team-player attitude
  • Efficiently manage time and workflow to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately

Qualifications
  • Must have an active P&C license or ability to get license prior to starting
  • Prior experience in customer success, or a related role
  • Basic knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

This hybrid position involves 3 days working from Rochester office and extensive communication with colleagues using online services, such as Slack and Zoom. The candidate must also have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
