Our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for our clients' open roles. As part of our team, employees have the opportunity for long-term career success, where hard work is rewarded and the potential for growth is limitless.As a Recruiter you will…Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools, including leading technologyUnderstand our clients' business to best match the career goals of individuals with the clients' hiring needsScreen and interview qualified candidates; serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting experiencePartner with your management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segmentsBuild and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge, generate referrals and sales leadsNegotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients' needsWhat are the benefits and pay?Aston Carter offers a base salary of $55,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary.
