We are seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales & marketing data, developing insights, and driving strategies to optimize our sales & marketing efforts and improve ROI. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure sales performance & marketing performance across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Extract and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform both sales & marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics efforts with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the collection and integration of marketing data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics and data science.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results through data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Reporting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
