Salary Hiring Range : $88,000-105,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, union dues are 1.44% of bi-weekly pay, FLSA: Exempt

Career Summary

The Data Privacy Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data policies. The Data Analyst will specialize in Data Privacy to help manage and protect sensitive data.

Education

Bachelor's degree in technology, policy, or related field.

Work Experience

Three (3) years or more in data privacy or healthcare compliance role.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of USA Data Privacy laws and regulations, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Risk management and audit experience highly desired.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable policies and procedures.

Work Schedule

Hybrid: Employees are considered Hybrid if they are regularly scheduled to work in at least 20% of their work week or work month in an ANA Enterprise Office. Hybrid employees are expected to travel to the office when requested and/or when necessary to achieve results or meet business needs.

  • The ANA Enterprise will hire primarily from the District of Columbia (DC), Maryland (MD), and Virginia (VA).
