About This Position:

The selected Facility Security Administrator will be part of the KBR team in Honolulu, HI, supporting the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) Joint Mission Environment Testing Capability (JMETC) distributed User Support Teams at Camp Smith. We are looking for an energetic multitasker who can handle duties including GFE inventory, security visit requests, badging, shipping and receiving, purchasing, travel coordination, documentation, assistance with timekeeping, and various other facility duties. The candidate will be trained in the KBR and TRMC processes but is expected to work independently on tasks after the training period. The selected candidate must be available to work from both our government office at Camp Smith and our future nearby KBR facility 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Facility security, including physical security and badging.
  2. Property management.
  3. Equipment inventory and coordination.
  4. Facility management, including safety (e.g., Fire Marshall).
  5. General clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
  6. Onboarding of personnel.
  7. Retrieve information as requested from records, email, Confluence websites, and other related documents and prepare summaries of data as needed.
  8. Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  9. Coordinate team travel requirements, JPASS/DISS, and update applicable Confluence pages.
  10. Directly support the Program Administration/Facility Coordination staff.
  11. Support general business operations by providing administrative support activities such as data entry, correspondence, and reporting.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 15 years’ experience in security, inventory, and facility management.
  2. 4-year college degree.
  3. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active secret level security clearance.
