Job Coach

Job Coaches at Harc perform duties that are instructional in nature. The Job Coaches are integral in the provision of direct support services to participants in Harc's Day Programs. They follow programs as designed by the professional in both vocational and non-vocational areas.
The Job Coach provides assistance, supervision and instruction to participants with intellectual disability based on participants' programs and their individual needs, either individually or in a group setting, to help those master skills in vocational and non vocational areas. The Job Coach supervises participants in program areas at Harc and in community activities, observes participants' performance, and records relevant data to assess progress.
